RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns and do not give refunds.

If your package and/or it's contents are delivered in damaged condition, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt. 

Delighting customers is our goal and every situation is addressed on an individual basis. 

 

SHIPPING

You will receive email notification when your order has shipped. Needleminder-only orders are shipped within 3 business days. Canvas orders may take as little as 5 days up to several weeks based on volume. You will be notified of any unforeseen delays.

We cannot control the mail or other carriers once a package leaves our hands. We will however track your package and monitor it's progress in our efforts to assist you. 

 

SAFETY

A needleminder is not a toy and should be kept away from children and pets.  Due to the magnets, needleminders should be kept away from anyone with a pacemaker. Use caution near any medical devices.

Judy Tasch Needlepoint is not responsible for any misuse or negligence on the part of the end user.
